Opening Night – April 16,2008

“The house was packed,” this is the first thing anyone will tell you about Wednesday night, if they were lucky enough to attended the opening gala for Vancouver Fashion Week at the prestigious Opus Hotel. Not only were there beautiful models everywhere, but there were also local and international designers in attendance. The venue was also packed with local actors, musicians and Vancouver socialites.
The party was later relocated next door to Bar None, for the official VFW opening week party, where it got even wilder and Vancouver’s best came out to dance and have a goodtime, all while making conversation with other industry professionals and P.Y.T.’s
This was just the first night of VFW, and judging from what I’ve seen people wearing tonight, things are looking good. I can’t wait to see what else the week has in store.
